In two seasons, Weaver has coached 14 All-Conference selections, three NAIA Scholar-Athletes, and one All-American.

Last season (2014), the Lady Rams went 15-19 overall.  At 10-6 in conference play, they were the fifth seed in the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament where they advanced to the semifinal round.  The team featured seven All-SAC selections including Freshman of the Year Shelby Stinnett as well as two NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

Weaver came to Texas Wesleyan from Liberty Christian School after serving as head coach of the volleyball program for two years. Prior to her time at Liberty Christian, Weaver collected an overall record of 113-48 as the head volleyball coach at Midland College from 2007-2010. During her tenure at Midland College, Weaver oversaw a 100 percent graduation rate and led the volleyball program to a tenth place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament in 2010. In the same year, Weaver was awarded the WJCAC Volleyball Coach of the Year and the NJCAA District F Coach of the Year Awards. Weaver has also coached multiple NCAA Division I athletes.

Weaver received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree in 2006 (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and was named the Outstanding Sociology Graduate of the Year. As a former Academic All-American at UALR (2004), Weaver made the Dean’s List (2004-2006), the Chancellor’s List (2006), and received two Sunbelt Conference Academic Awards (2004-2006). Loved this camp

My daughter loved the coaches and instructors. They were very encouraging and patient. They never talked down to the girls or embarrassed them if they didn't pick up on a skill immediately like some coaches do. We also loved the way the camp was structured. Not a lot of down time.

This was our first time at a Nike Volleyball camp but it will not be our last!  The coaching staff was wonderful!  I definitely saw improvement in my daughter’s skill level. She can't wait to go back next year!

Saw improvement

My daughter learned so much during the Nike Camp. Every day she mentioned a new skill she had learned or how they re-trained her to do something correctly.  Her play improved so much because of this. It was money well-spent.

Learn new skills

My daughter had a great experience at the Nike Volleyball Camp. She could not stop talking about the different skills she learned in camp. And most of all she could not wait to utilize those skills at her school practices and games.

Focus on core fundamentals

One of the best camps available. It was great for our daughter to meet other volleyball athletes and learn from each other as well as the coaching staff. The preparation of the staff is awesome. The focus on core fundamentals is great. I would recommend to anyone to attend and improve skills. I've seen the improvement in my daughter.

Money well spent

This camp was a wonderful chance to meet other girls that shared my passion for volleyball, and to work on the basic skills that sometimes get looked over in an average school practice. It was also helpful talking about being scouted, and what to do after high school. I learned a lot and know that when its a Nike camp, its money well spent.

Huge Confidence boost

"I could see a lot of improvement in Emily skills and her confidence. She made the 9th grade A team, before camp I'm not sure she would have made the B team. She will be going back next summer to get ready for Varsity."

Great Overall Experience

"The Texas Wesleyan Volleyball Camp was one of the best experiences of my life. The small group made for better one on one coaching and we got to know everyone there better than we would have if it were a large camp. I can't wait to come back next year and get even better than I did this year."
