Roberts came to Marquette after two seasons at Holy Cross and one as the director of operations for the Lafayette men's lacrosse program. At Lafayette, Roberts handled alumni relations, social media, special events, on-campus recruiting, camps and clinics, team logistics and analytics for games and practice.

Prior to his time at Lafayette, Roberts worked as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at his alma mater, Clark University. Roberts was a four-year member of the Clark University lacrosse team and served as team captain as a senior.

Roberts graduated with his bachelor of arts degree in management and a master of science degree in professional communications at Clark in 2019.

Stimmel leads an experienced squad returning for the 2024 season, including three-time USILA All-American close defenseman Mason Woodward and three of the most prolific point producers in program history in Devon Cowan, Jake Stegman, and Bobby O'Grady. During the 2023 campaign, Marquette knocked off the eventual Championship Weekend team, No. 5 Penn State, and defeated Michigan, a team that advanced to the NCAA regional finals, by five goals in February. The Golden Eagles played one of the most difficult schedules in the country last season, including a game at the eventual NCAA Championship, and closed the season with four straight games against teams ranked in the top 12 in the USILA Coaches Poll.

Coaching internationally, Stimmel guided Team USA to a gold medal in the World Lacrosse Men's U-21 Championship in Limerick, Ireland, during the summer of 2022. He served as an assistant coach for the Americans, who downed the Canadians 12-10 in the title contest.

Marquette played just seven games and went 3-4 overall in 2020 before the season was cut short due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Stimmel and the Golden Eagles returned to the BIG EAST tournament semifinals in 2022 for the first time since 2019.

Stimmel led the Golden Eagles to an 11-10 victory at Cleveland State on Feb. 1 in his first NCAA Division I game as head coach, and MU had a record-setting offensive pace during his first season. Through seven games, the MU offense posted its highest goal (17.14) and point (11.71) per game averages in program history, and the squad scooped up 31.86 ground balls per game, its highest single-season average.

Richard, who earned his bachelor’s degree from the University in May 2016, is the defensive coordinator and is entering his eighth year on the coaching staff in 2023-24.

Richard plays as a defensive midfielder for Atlas LC of the Premier Lacrosse League. He has been a consistent member of Team USA's training team over the last few years. He was named to the 23-man Team USA roster for the 2023 World Lacrosse Men's Championship in San Diego and won a gold medal with the American squad.

In his first season as an assistant coach, Richard helped the Marquette defense remain among the nation's best as the Golden Eagles replaced three USILA All-Americans. The MU defense allowed 9.31 goals per game in 2017 on its way to a second-straight BIG EAST tournament title and another appearance in the NCAA Championship.

At Marquette, Richard was a two-time team captain and helped lead the Golden Eagles’ unprecedented rise to national prominence in just four short seasons, culminating in their first BIG EAST Conference title and NCAA Championship appearance in 2016. The USILA Third Team All-American was one of just four All-America selections and three MLL draft picks in program history at the time of his graduation and was the only short-stick defensive midfielder named All-BIG EAST in 2016 with second-team recognition.

Lori comes to Marquette after three seasons on Lars Tiffany’s staff at Virginia, where he served as a volunteer assistant coach and helped the Cavaliers win the 2019 NCAA Championship.

While at Virginia, Lori worked primarily on the defensive side with Tiffany, coaching a 2019 squad that led the nation in ground balls per game (41.55) and limited opponents to one of the nation’s lowest clearing efficiencies (71.1 percent – No. 2 in NCAA). That team was one of only two nationally in the top-20 on offense and defense and its 3.85 scoring margin ranked fourth nationally and tops in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
