USSC is excited to be back at Curry College in summer 2019 and offer a Nike Lacrosse Camp in Boston. Curry's main campus in Milton is 131-acre near the Blue Hills Reservation. The campus is seven miles from downtown Boston.
At the Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp, our goal is to properly and efficiently develop your skills and understanding of the game using both drills and game play. Each session will involve skill work, concept work and competition play. Using a curriculum that develops skills and concepts faster than any other available, players self confidence will grow quickly thereby stimulating their love for the game.

Camp Director Todd Francis
Directing camp this summer at Curry College is Todd Francis. Coach Francis has over 30 years of Lacrosse experience.View Todd Francis's Bio ⟩
He was an All New England goalie for the Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, Mass. He then went on to Cornell University where he was converted to an LSM in the middle of his sophomore year. In his senior year he was voted All-Ivy, Division 1 All-American and was an NCAA Championship runner-up. He then went on to play for the Boston Blazers professional indoor lacrosse team. He played for the team throughout their entire existence which was suspended in 1998 and captained the team in its final year.
He began coaching Newburyport High School (MA) in its inaugural season in 2002. He has remained there ever since winning 2 coach of the year honors and amassing a 75-16 (.824) record in the last 5 years. He was the Defensive Coordinator for the US Men’s Indoor Lacrosse team that won the Bronze Medal in the 2007 World Championships in Halifax Nova Scotia. He then was the Defensive Coordinator for the resurgent Boston Blazers in 2009. He also coached the US U19 Indoor Lacrosse team in 2015. Coach Francis lives in Tampa, Florida and has three sons, Grant (Northeastern University ’16), Sam (Bates College ’17) and Henry (UMass ’20).
This summer, Curry College is offering two sessions of overnight with a commuter (Day Camp 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) option available.

A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers prior to camp. Our health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
Check-in takes place between 12:00-2:00pm on Sunday (July 21st or July 28th) at 874 Dorm. There will be a camp orientation meeting at 2:00pm and parents are welcome to join their campers for this meeting. A detailed schedule for the week will be provided at that time.
Check out between at 4:00pm on Thursday (July 25th or August 1st). A closing ceremony will take place at 3:30pm at the field parents are invited to attend! Extended day campers depart from the field and overnight campers check-out from the dorm immediately following.
HOUSING & ROOMMATES
2 campers per room. If you have a roommate request, and have not already given it to us, please do so as soon as possible. Roommate requests are not guaranteed, if you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!

Linens can be rented from Curry College for $35/week. This fee includes two sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, and two towels. You will have the option to rent linens during camp registration.
The staff live in the dormitories with the campers and participate in all activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
On the first day of camp, day campers should arrive dressed and ready to play. Drop off and pick up locations will be given out at registration.

TEAM DISCOUNT: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. Please have a team contact reach out directly to the USSC office at 1-800-645-3226 to receive a discount code to identify your group. Campers may then register through the website at their convenience and apply the coupon code during check-out.
GOALIE DISCOUNT: To ensure each session has enough goalies for drills and scrimmages, all goalies automatically qualify for a special $50 discount. You can call 1-800-645-3226 to receive the goalie discount over the phone or you can indicate that you are eligible for the goalie discount in the “comments” field when registering via our secure website. Goalie discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
