Stanford Men's Lacrosse is excited to host a new summer camp in Sacramento this June! Join Stanford Head Coach Paul Jepsen and UC Davis assistant coach Frank Resetartis at Hagan Park, just 20 minutes east of downtown Sacramento. This competitive program is tailored for experienced high school players and youth athletes (ages 7-18) looking to elevate their game.
Campers will receive comprehensive training in all facets of the game, including:
- Attack/Middies: Focus on dodging, decision-making, deception, shooting techniques, and the two-man game.
- Defense: Emphasis on posture, approach, footwork, physicality, communication, and anticipation strategies.
- Goalies: Personalized training to enhance individual technique, along with game-like scenarios. Goalies will engage in shooting drills and scrimmages for a well-rounded development experience.
This camp is open to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend that you choose a camp that fits your particular skills and level of development.

Camp Director Paul Jepsen
Paul Jepsen is in his fifth season as the head coach of Stanford Men's Lacrosse. Paul is a 2004 graduate of Duke University where he was a three-year starter on defense and co-captain during his senior year. He led the Blue Devils to consecutive ACC Championship Titles in 2001 and 2002.

You can expect a high demand for these first-come, first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. Campers train each day at Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova, California.

- Dates: June 16-18

- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Monday to Wednesday
- Check-in Day 1: 8:30am-9:00am at Hagan Park
- Check-in Day 2 & 3: 8:45-9:00am at Hagan Park

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:6 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the directors discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your helmet, mouthpiece, cleats, lacrosse stick, gloves, and pads.
- Facility: Hagan Park
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

- 8:30-9:00am: Check In
- 9:00am: Full camp stretch and strengthen - Shoulder, wrist and back exercises to increase fundamental passing, shooting, ground ball and defensive checking abilities
- 9:15-10:30am: Fundamental stick work, ball movement, shooting; instructed to increase lacrosse IQ for game situations
- 10:30-11:30am: Position specific training: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Face-offs, Goalies
- 11:30-12:00pm: Lunch
- 12:00-1:00pm: Scripted and Structured game situations, made to simulate specific aspects of live-game play, created for experience and immediate feedback from coaches
- 1:00-2:00pm: Game
- 2:00-3:00pm: Position specific training: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Face-offs, Goalies- created to lead into the next day’s lacrosse IQ concepts that will be covered.
