NBC Basketball is coming to Henderson, Nevada this summer for a skill day basketball camp. Come and improve your basketball fundamentals with our talented coaching staff.
NBC Basketball is hosting a camp at SLAM! NV this summer. This camp is perfect for players hoping to be challenged in a fun, encouraging, and intense atmosphere. Led by top-notch NBC coaching staff, campers will work on skill development, full-court gameplay, sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership. NBC stands for Nothing Beats Commitment and has been running camps since 1971. Camps focus on confidence, goal setting, mental toughness, leadership, intensity, athletic and life skill mastery, the importance of personal faith and Christian values of integrity, compassion, and that each person is a miracle. Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp
Dates: June 16-19, 2025 | Age Group: Boys and Girls 9-13 years old
Daily Times: 10:00 am-3:00 pm

BASKETBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (first-day check-in is 9:45 am)
What to Bring: Campers should bring a sack lunch, basketball, water bottle, and completed medical release waiver (online).
CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp focuses on the crucial keys for athletes to become excellent at the game of basketball. The intensity, curriculum, and schedule are suited for athletes who want to take what they know and improve it to take their game to the next level. We break our teaching into four focus areas: Individual offense, defense, shooting, and team skills. Campers are separated into teaching groups and teams based on their age and ability.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own basketball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

NBC Basketball Camps offers Hoopgear packages for pre-purchase. Walk into camp and get your gear for summer 2025. This year the Hoopgear offers two package options. The NBC Basketball premier hoodie and the basketball shorts or leggings. Add this to your camp registration and it will be ready for you at camp.
