Director of Women’s Basketball - Building Champions (Homefield KC) Betty Lennox
Betty Lennox was born and raised in Hugo, Oklahoma. As a teenager, her family moved to Independence Missouri where she graduated from Fort Osage High School. Betty had many offers to play at many colleges but decided to stay close to home and attended Trinity Valley community college where she won a championship and set many records in the Sun Belt. Betty Lennox later attended college at Louisiana Tech on a basketball scholarship, where she was coached by the great coach Leon Barmore. Betty won many awards while attending Louisiana Tech, but the biggest award came when she was drafted in the first round into the WNBA in 2000.

Director of TEEA Time Building Champions - (Homefield KC) Neil Watson
Neil Watson was born and raised in Kansas City, KS. He played high school basketball and graduated from Sumner Academy. Neil had many offers to play at many colleges but decided to stay close to home and attended Coffeyville Community College. Coach Watson later attended college at Southern Miss on a basketball scholarship, where he was coached by Larry Eustachy. Watson helped lead the Golden Eagles to a 25-9 record and an NCAA Tournament berth! He was ranked 4th in the nation in Free Throw Percentage (92%). Watson was also a named starter in the Reese’s NCCAA Basketball All-Star Game!

Check-in: Monday at 8:30am
Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 3:30pm
Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch.
Daily Hours: MON-THURS 9AM-4PM
BASKETBALLS
Nike Versa Tack Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $30. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
