Half-Day Camp (9AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM): sport training through fun games and drills, perfect for young or first-time campers. Full-Day Camp (9AM-4PM): half-day features plus practice competitions, meals included at some camps. Extended Day Camp (9AM-9PM): day camp features plus evening training or social activities, lunch and dinner included. Overnight Camp: extended day plus overnight stay in college dorms, all meals and housing included, most popular for ages 11-17.
