Nike Baseball Camps are excited to announce a new camp at Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts. Each day will be filled with baseball drills that cover hitting, fielding, base running, and team play to help each camper take their game to the next level!
Directing camp this year will be the baseball coaching staff from Berkshire School.

Camp Director Jason Gappa
Coach Jason Gappa has been the Head Coach and a teacher at Berkshire since 1999. During his tenure Berkshire’s varsity program has amassed 150 wins, qualified for the newly formed (2008) Western New England Prep Baseball League Playoffs four times, and made it to the finals twice...View Jason's Bio ⟩
In 2016, Coach Gappa was named High School Division III Region 1 Coach of the Year by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA). In addition to his time at Berkshire, Coach Gappa was an assistant at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst while pursuing his MA and an assistant for his alma mater, Dickinson College. As a player at Dickinson, Jason was a three-year varsity letter winner as an infielder on the Red Devil baseball team. In his senior season, he helped lead the team to its most wins in school history.
The camp accepts players at all skill levels, from rookies to seasoned veterans. We stress fundamentals, strategy, and sportsmanship, but most of all, we stress fun. Through individual instruction, the Nike Baseball Camp helps campers become the best players they can be.Individual and small group instruction by position. A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers prior to camp. The state of Massachusetts requires a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
What to Bring:
Baseball glove(s), baseball bat(s), baseball pants, batting helmet (if you have one), sliding shorts, athletic supporter and cup, baseball cleats, sneakers, batting gloves (optional)
*All catchers should bring their own catcher’s equipment

Berkshire School is proud to offer our student-athletes access to excellent facilities for training and competition, both on and off-campus. Campers will have access to a full range of fields, courts, and training equipment located on-campus. These state-of-the-art facilities will provide each camper with a great opportunity to improve their game and have serious fun while doing so. Campers will get to utilize the Berkshire facilities that are kept in mint condition and are some of the best in the Massachusetts area.
