START & STROKE SUPER CLINIC: Our 3-day Start & Stroke Clinic is a “split clinic” meaning we divide the time equally between starts and strokes. The start training covers the three competitive starts (front, back, and relay). PEAK progressions add speed and distance off the block, and can turn a slow start into a winning one! In the stroke training, we focus on key elite techniques common to Olympians, including MDPS (Maximum Distance Per Stroke) and MSR (Maximum Stroke Rate). PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our 7-to-1 swimmer-to-coach ratio is the lowest in the industry! If speed is your need, come to PEAK!
TOP 10 CLINIC: It’s finally here, a swim clinic exclusively designed for the 10 & Under swimmer! At PEAK, our mission is to get swimmers off to a fast start by teaching them the skills they need to win! 10 & Under swimmers are a unique group who require extra care, attention, and patience, so we created a swim clinic just for them. Our three-day format covers the three starts (front, back, and relay), the four strokes and turns, plus mini-swim sets throughout the day. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching state-of-the-art technique, and our 6-to-1 swimmer-to-coach ratio is the lowest in the industry! Due to our low ratio, space is limited. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
Note: The Top 10 Clinic is not a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for aspiring young competitive swimmers. Throughout the clinic, swimmers perform multiple lengths of each stroke, including the Butterfly.

June 2, 2018: My daughter attended the camp in Westchester over the long weekend and LOVED it. She said the work was hard but good and the instruction great, because “they show us what to do, not just tell us.” We will definitely be coming back!
— Jenna F. Parent
June 8, 2017: We just recently attended one of your swim clinics at the new Sawmill Club in Mount Kisco. The facility was absolutely beautiful. Your coaching staff was amazing and your camp curriculum was extremely progressive and thorough. My daughter came home so inspired. We’ll be back!

June 12, 2016: Wow! Just wanted to let you know how Dennis did at his high school meet last weekend. He swam the third leg of the 400 FR Relay. They had a big lead, so he swam with your new and vastly improved version of freestyle. He looked great and maintained the lead! He also swam the 100 BR and came up from the dive in first place and never gave up the lead. I think I can honestly say that was a first in his career. His starts and turns looked great. You really worked wonders with him this weekend. He seemed more confident than I have ever seen him before. He really takes in everything you say and believes that you give him the tools to be a better swimmer.

June 2, 2015: Attending your camp was one of the most memorable experiences my daughter has ever had. Megan had a blast and said she learned a great deal and worked harder than she had in a very long time. She is very anxious and excited to get started with the short course season. Your camp curriculum is far superior to anything we have ever experienced. Megan couldn't wait for the next practice to come. You are an excellent coach and positive role model. It was a true honor to have my daughter swim for you.
