  • Season 2023
My daughter loved swim camp! Every text and conversation she was so excited about what she was learning and how she can improve her stokes. She came home very happy and excited about her experience
  • Season 2017
Once again, thank you so much for the wonderful time at your camp. Max was so happy when he returned home and has since improved in all of his times. He recently dropped 16 seconds in his 400 IM. It was a great pleasure to watch you and your staff in action.
  • Season 2015
My sons, Josh (15) and Ethan (10), spent time between X-mas & New Years at your camp in Orlando. Josh dropped times in all events, but the dramatic improvement in Ethan's strokes, especially his backstroke after your camp were awe-inspiring. Ethan has been a wonderful and fast swimmer, but his improvement at the Pilot Meet in Knoxville this past weekend was amazing. He attributes it to the fine tuning and great coaching he received with your team. He finished 1st in the 50 breast (-2 sec) and 50 free (-1.6 sec), second in the 50 back (-2.4 sec), 100 back (-3.5 sec) and 100 fly (-1.8 sec) and third in the 100 breast (-2.5 sec), 100 free (-.8 sec), and 50 fly (+.3 sec). Several of these were 'AAAA' times as well, only one time below AAA' by a hair. He also crushed his leg (fly) of the 200 medley with his team for a first place also. Needless to say, we will be returning, and advertising your program to all our extended swim families as well. I'm sure that you hear these things alot and probably have many letters to hang on walls, but this is my first time writing to ANY program. Our kids learned al ot, brought it to the pool and had fun doing so. Thanks to you and your team.

My daughter attended the camp in Westchester over the long weekend and LOVED it. She said the work was hard but good and the instruction great, because “they show us what to do, not just tell us.” We will definitely be coming back!

  • All-In-One Training Camp: For competitive swimmers ages 9-18. The term “training camp” has a long-standing tradition in competitive swimming, where swimmers undergo a focused week of intense physical activity to get a jump start on future competitions or the start of a new season. At PEAK, we proudly put our own spin on it and go above and beyond. We start by creating an “eagle mindset” – where swimmers learn that focus, determination, and a positive attitude all lead to better performance. Next we add four hours a day of intensive in-water training, purposeful teaching, daily motivational mind power workshops, dynamic dry-land training, and yoga stretching sessions. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!

Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 9-18.

12 & OVER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 12-18. The 12 & Over Camp is our most challenging training level and builds throughout the week in both intensity and expectation. State-of-the-art skill progressions are combined with challenging swim sets, and swimmers are tested during the week to maintain their newly acquired skills. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.

11 & UNDER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 9-11. The 11 & Under Camp is our lead-up training level to the 12 & Over Camp. While both camps follow the same format, the skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted for younger swimmers. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
