What is Your Refund Policy?
- If you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer and would like to cancel, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that never expires and can be applied to any camp. This voucher is transferable to anyone (family member, friend, neighbor... anyone!) and can be used for any sport, not just the sport in which you originally registered.
- If US Sports Camps is forced to postpone your child's 2020 summer camp due to the facility being closed or by government mandate, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid (never expires, fully transferable & for any sport).
Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection (see terms below).
Cancellation Protection
US Sports Camps offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $50 per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month of your camp start date. i.e. final pay date is May 1st if your camp date begins in the month of June). Please note: $50 Cancellation Protection and the Registration Fee are non-refundable.
With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date and at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher that never expires, is transferable to anyone (family member, friend, neighbor... anyone!) and can be used for any sport, not just the sport in which you originally registered.
Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact US Sports Camps to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.
Cancellation by US Sports Camps
If US Sports Camps cancels a camp due to low enrollment, you will receive a refund of your camp tuition fees paid. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
