Cancelation Policy

If you cancel:

More than 30 days prior to the start of your camp:

Full credit: receive a full camp credit, good for two years non-transferable and non-refundable at a later date.

or

Refund minus cancelation fee: receive a refund less a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit up to $250 per session.

10 to 30 days prior to the start of your camp:

Camp credit minus cancelation fee: receive a camp credit minus 50% of the deposit up to $250 per session, good for 2 years non-transferable and non-refundable at a later date.

or

Refund minus deposit: receive a refund less a cancellation fee of your full deposit up to $500 per session.

Less than 10 days prior to the start of your camp

Camp credit minus deposit: receive a camp credit less a cancellation fee of your full deposit up to $500 per session, good for 2 years non-transferable and non-refundable at a later date.

If camp cancels:

If we are camp is forced to cancel due to government order campers will be eligible for a 100% credit or a full refund minus credit card processing fees.

Please keep in mind:

There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies (even in the extreme cases of emergency, injury, or sickness). M35 strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from any such losses as well as lost airfare and transportation fees.
