Premier Golf Academy Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Client understands that Client's obligation to pay all the program fees for the complete 2023-2024 year is unconditional, and that this contract is neither a divisible nor a fractional contract, and that after start of Student's training no portion of tuition paid or outstanding for the current semester will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to in the event Student is dismissed from the school/program. Client warrants that Client understands that in the event Client withdraws or cancels thirty (30) or more days in advance of the start of a camp, Client will receive a full and complete refund of all moneys paid as of the date of the cancellation/withdrawal. If Client desires to cancel with less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date of Student's camp, but prior to the start of Student's camp, Client will receive a program credit good for one year from the date request is received. Client warrants the Client fully understands and accepts that the credit given will be based on the Full Program rate, and not reflective of any discounts Student may have received.

Client warrants that Client fully understands that in order to be eligible for the aforementioned program credit, Client must inform Premier Golf Academy in writing of the desired cancellation/withdrawal of Student and said written notice must be received no less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the semester which Client seeks to cancel/withdraw from.
