CAMP DETAILS

This program is geared toward Player Development & High-Performance campers. Players will work on mastering the proper fundamentals, techniques and advancing their overall skills and knowledge of the game. A great opportunity for players to learn through a mix of drills, games, and competitive play. With a number of different camp options for all to enjoy!

ABOUT CROSSBAR ACADEMY

Established in 2019, Crossbar Academy is a distinguished private Christian soccer school based in Tomball, Texas. Our academy caters to 2nd through 12th-grade students and offers a distinctive curriculum integrating a blended education with elite soccer training.

We identified a gap in our local educational landscape by drawing from international best practices in sports and education, including successful models seen in sports such as gymnastics. Motivated by these insights, we founded Crossbar Academy, steadfastly committed to prioritizing faith, restoring family unity, and cultivating academic and soccer excellence among our students.

At Crossbar Academy, our soccer program fosters excellence on and off the field; our athletes receive tailored instruction to enhance technical skills and tactical understanding through daily training sessions led by professional coaches. Our athletes can focus on comprehensive sports performance, agility, and injury prevention strategies. We prioritize the overall development of our students, preparing them for competitive play and potential collegiate opportunities through partnerships with respected college programs.

Our commitment to global exposure includes international travel opportunities to soccer-rich countries like France and England, where students engage in cultural exchanges and competitive matches to broaden their experience. Coaches regularly assess athletic performance, offering personalized feedback to optimize individual growth and progress. Moreover, our program supports students pursuing soccer careers abroad, providing opportunities for select athletes to compete in esteemed leagues. At Crossbar Academy, we nurture a passion for soccer while guiding the development of well-rounded individuals poised for success in their athletic and personal journeys.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

• Instruction: Training from the Crossbar Academy coaching staff

• Day campers: Lunch or snacks are not provided. Please bring a packed lunch. There will be a water station available to fill up and stay hydrated

• Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities

• Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Soccer Camps t-shirt

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY

• Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio

• Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience

• Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.

• Facility: Pure Soccer

• Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

SOCCER BALLS

Nike Soccer Camp Balls can be purchased during registration. Players can choose between a size 3, 4 or 5 ball, which will be shipped out once the order has processed.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL

Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
