Xcelerate Lacrosse Camps Cancellation Policy
Early Bird Refund Guarantee
Register by January 31, 2027 and receive a full tuition refund if you cancel more than 60 days before camp. The registration fee ($45 overnight/extended day / $30 day camp) is non-refundable.
If You Need to Cancel
More than 60 days before camp: If you registered by January 31, a full tuition refund (registration fee not refunded). If you registered after January 31, a camp voucher for 100% of tuition paid, or a full refund with optional Cancellation Protection.*
14–60 days before camp: Camp voucher for 100% of tuition paid.
1–13 days before camp: Overnight campers receive a camp voucher for 50% of tuition paid. Extended/Day campers receive a camp voucher for 100% of tuition paid.
Within 24 hours of camp, or no-show: No refund or voucher.
*Starting February 1, 2027, optional Cancellation Protection ($100) can be added at registration. It provides a full tuition refund if you cancel on or before your final payment date. *The Cancellation Protection fee is nonrefundable.
Every refund and camp voucher excludes the non-refundable registration fee: $45 for extended day/overnight camps and $30 for day camps.
Timeframes are counted from the first day of camp.
Payment Dates
Full tuition is due by the 1st of the month before your camp:
June 2027 camps: May 1, 2027
July 2027 camps: June 1, 2027
August 2027 camps: July 1, 2027
Other Options
Switch camps: Move to a different Xcelerate camp for a $25 fee, up to 14 days before camp, if space is available.
Transfer your spot: Give your spot to another eligible player at any time for a $25 fee.
Injury, illness or family emergency: With a doctor's note or other documentation, overnight campers who cancel 1–13 days before camp receive a camp voucher for tuition paid minus a $150 cancellation fee, instead of 50%. Campers who cancel within 24 hours of camp receive a camp voucher for tuition paid minus a cancellation fee ($150 overnight / $100 day camp).
Good to Know
Camp vouchers are good through the following year at any Xcelerate camp or any other US Sports Camps, and can be transferred to an immediate family member.
If we cancel a camp, you'll receive a full refund of everything you paid.
No refunds are given for campers who leave early or are dismissed from camp.
