Led by Isaac Garcia, camp offers an opportunity to train and learn from coaches with extensive International and Domestic backgrounds. Coach Garcia served as head coach at La Masia (FC Barcelona) for 8 years, where he mentored talents like Ansu Fati, Xavi Simons, Takefusa Kubo, Sergio Gomez, and many others. Camp will also be led by the University of New Haven Men's Soccer coaching staff, including UNH Head Coach Tom Mattera. Create memories and take your game to the next level!

UEFA PRO Coach | P4SA Co-Owner Isaac Garcia
Meet Isaac Garcia, a visionary coach and co-owner of P4SA. With a prestigious UEFA PRO coaching license from the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Isaac's coaching journey began at the remarkable age of 16, as he simultaneously pursued his playing career. Isaac also serves as Chief Scout for Catalonia (Spain) and North America at Global Ases, a player representation agency.

UNH Men's Soccer Head Coach Tom Mattera
After leading the Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins to its first ever conference championship, Tom Mattera was named the 16th head coach in the 61-year history of New Haven men’s soccer in February of 2023.

UNH Men's Soccer Assistant Coach Antonio Viscuso
A native of New Haven, Conn., Antonio Viscuso was named men’s soccer assistant coach in spring of 2023 after spending the last two years as an assistant coach at College of Mount Saint Vincent, his first coaching venture on the collegiate level.

Meet Albert Portas, a passionate soccer player with dreams of going pro and making a difference in the soccer world. Hailing from Barcelona, Spain, Albert's soccer journey commenced at the tender age of 6, and he had the privilege of being part of FC Barcelona for seven remarkable years, where he honed his skills alongside future stars like Ansu Fati, Sergio Gomez, and Takefusa Kubo. Albert is entering his final year of Division 1 soccer at Cleveland State University.

P4SA’s methodology focuses on the 4 P’s and was inspired by La Masia’s strategic approach to training. These key focuses are endorsed by Pep Guardiola and Xavi Hernandez as key areas young players should develop as they advance to higher levels of play
- Possession means having control of the ball to move forward and defend, taking the lead away from the other team.
- Pressure is about quickly getting the ball back.
- Position refers to being well-placed with sufficient space and time to optimally perform actions.
- Perception means being able to see teammates, opponents, our team, and the other side, and knowing when to act and when not to.
CAMP INFO:
This program is geared towards Player Development & High-Performance campers. Players will work on mastering the proper fundamentals, techniques and advancing their overall skills and knowledge of the game. A great opportunity for players to learn through a mix of drills, games, and competitive play. With a number of different camp options for all to enjoy!
SKILL LEVELS
Player Development is for campers ages 10 and under of all skill levels. These camps are designed to maximize player participation and ensure each camper develops in all aspects of the game in a fun and engaging environment. Coaches will implement a wide range of technical, physical, and tactical activities with a focus on fun so campers get to improve with a smile on their faces.
High Performance is for campers ages 11+ looking to improve their game in a fun and fast-paced environment. These camps are designed so players leave the camp week more prepared for their club and high school seasons. Experienced coaches will provide campers with a fresh perspective and challenge them to develop technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of their game through a progressive curriculum.
*NOTE: If you believe your camper should be in a different skill level than the age requirement listed, please add a note at check-out and mention it to the camp director on day 1.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Training from the P4SA and University of New Haven coaching staff
- Day campers: Lunch is NOT provided. Please bring a packed lunch
- Supervision: Staff members strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
- Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Soccer Camps t-shirt
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
- Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
- Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
- Facility: Kathy Zolad Stadium
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

SOCCER BALLS
Nike Soccer Camp Balls can be purchased during registration. Players can choose between a size 3, 4 or 5 ball, which will be shipped out once the order has processed. Shipping is included in the listed price. Please note that it is not required to bring a soccer ball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction. All sales are final.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
