SHOWCASE YOUR SKILLS IN FRONT OF COLLEGIATE COACHES
The Nike Boys College ID Soccer Camp is held on the newly renovated turf field in Old Metairie, Louisiana. This camp, which is the first of its kind in the region is designed to be the gateway for aspiring male college athletes in the New Orleans area and beyond. The camp staff will be a diverse group of coaches from around the US.
With morning or afternoon camp options, field players and goalkeepers alike are able to find the best soccer training for their individual needs. Featuring a top-class coaching staff, facilities, and athletic training staff, each player receives both individual and team training to help accelerate his soccer development. This is an amazing opportunity for players from across the country to come together at a beautiful location and be trained by a variety of top collegiate coaches.

Camp Co-Director & Head Coach - CBU Men's Soccer Enda Crehan
Crehan was announced as the new Head Men's Soccer Coach in May of 2020. Crehan comes to CBU after spending three seasons as the head coach at Ferrum College (Va.). In his first year at CBU, he led his squad to a second place finish in the GSC Tournament.The Newbridge, Galway, Ireland native has 69 victories as a head coach, but his teams have also excelled off the pitch. His 2019 team, at Ferrum, earned the highest GPA (3.19) of all FC men's teams. He has also coached five Academic All-Americans, five academic all-conference members and the 2015 NSCAA NJCAA Student-Athlete of the Year, Elias Tamburini, who is a professional player in Iceland.

CAMP INFO:
Our uniquely structured curriculum helps players preview what it's like to play college soccer, in a fully submerged setting. Be challenged by the coaches, develop new skills during each training session, and receive information about the college recruiting process.
HOW TO BE RECRUITED & NCAA RULES
Both players and parents receive a presentation on NCAA recruiting rules about the recruiting process as well as how to communicate & market themselves to schools of interest. We also discuss what college coaches are looking for and the fundamentals of the admissions process (e.g. SAT/ACT etc.).
COLLEGE COACHES CHOICE STATION
At this station the college coach will provide a suitable training session they typically conduct with their college player’s. Player’s will receive technical, tactical and decision-making advice at this station.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
Instruction: Training from the various college coaches
Day campers: Lunch is NOT provided. Please bring snacks to eat between stations
Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Facility: Freedom Field
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic clothing
- Extra pair of shoes (for campus tour)
- Soccer Cleats (no metal studs)
- Shin guards
- Water bottle
- Sunblock
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
