Train like a professional at our Ohio volleyball camp. Experience life as a SPIRE Academy student athlete with daily training sessions on the court and Performance Training with the SPIRE Performance Team. Our experienced coaching staff will work with you to focus on individual skills necessary to play at the highest levels of volleyball. Off the court, we will develop a training plan that will bring strength, speed and agility to your game. This camp is a perfect fit for international athletes or those traveling a long distance. NIA GRANT VOLLEYBALL 2-DAY TRAINING CAMP POWERED BY SPIRE

- Program: Advance your skills on both sides of the ball with this 2-day volleyball training camp led by Nia Grant. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a strong foundation to advanced players aiming to refine their techniques, this camp will offer you the chance to receive professional instruction in a positive training environment. Work through drills focused on improving offensive and defensive skills and put your new skills on display through fun competition & games. Off the court, you will take part in a Performance Training session designed specifically for improving your speed & agility on the court.

NIA GRANT VOLLEYBALL 3-DAY ELITE SKILLS CAMP POWERED BY SPIRE
- Dates: July 19-21, Friday-Sunday
- Age Group: 13-18

- Daily Schedule: 9:00am-4:00pm Friday-Saturday, 9:00am-2:00pm Sunday
- Check-in: Check-in at 9:00am on Friday
- Check-out: Check-out at 2:00pm on Sunday
- Meals: All meals are provided to Boarding campers. Day (commuter) campers only receive lunch.
- Program: Immerse yourself in a 3-day volleyball training camp that is designed for those who are ready to take their skills to the elite level. With professional level instruction from Nia Grant, your game will benefit from multiple training sessions each day, including drills to make you a better player on both sides of the ball. Elevate your game with a progressive training plan that will improve your volleyball IQ and bring you skills to a new level. Elite athletes can gain a mental advantage with their mindset during training and competition. Campers will receive a Mental Skills training session to improve your ability to reach your peak potential as an athlete. Bring more speed, strength, and agility to your game with a session in Performance Training. Day and boarding camp options available. Boarding option includes overnight accommodation in SPIRE dorms, all meals, and evening activities. Day campers receive lunch daily.

2024 HOUSING

- Dorm Name: TBA
- Number of Campers Per Room: 2 per room.
- Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual and received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
- Bathrooms: Shared, attached to each room.
- Linens: Not included. Bring linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Boarding campers: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
- Day (commuter) campers: Lunch is provided.
- Supervision: Staff members reside in campers’ quarters and participate in all activities.
- Camp T-shirt: Campers will receive a Nia Grant Volleyball t-shirt.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own kneepads and have at least one pair of well broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do not need to bring their own balls.
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

ALL CAMPERS (BOARDING & COMMUTERS):
- Athletic training clothes (t-shirts, shorts)
- Indoor volleyball shoes, well broken-in
- Outdoor athletic shoes

- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Camp Questions & Answers
Can I sign up for more than 1 session/program?
Absolutely! Campers are encouraged to attend multiple sessions. Each program delivers something unique to help players excel in all areas of the game. Many campers will attend more than one session to further refine their skills, compete against new players, or choose a session with a different program focus.
