The Robbie Wagner's Tournament Tennis Training Camp is a summer tennis camp for kids to work hard, make new friends and have a lot of fun. We offer two weeks of day camp for tournament level players! Only one hour away from Manhattan, join the fun this summer!

Our goal is to give players the opportunity to hit thousands of balls, improve their technique, and be challenged by some of the best players in their peer group. Our youth tennis camps combine technical tennis instruction and drilling from a top notch coaching staff, and supervised match play.

Robbie Wagner is recognized as one of the nation's top developers of junior talent. He has coached nationally and sectionally ranked juniors, top collegiate players and both men's and women's circuit professionals.
Robbie is a co-founder of Eastern Excel Tennis Camp which trains players from all over the United States and from around the world. He is revered for his ability to motivate players and bring out their unique individual talents. Robbie was the Senior Teaching Professional at the Roslyn Racquet Club for fifteen years, and is a USPTA certified PROFESSIONAL. In 1995 and 2000 Robbie was one of 12 coaches selected in the U.S. by the USTA for a series of high performance coaching seminars. In 1997 Robbie was named USTA Long Island Coach of the Year.

Co-Director, Stephen Alcala, is the Managing Partner & Director of Tennis Operations. He earned his BBA In Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Marketing.
Co-Director Stonar Coleman
Stonar Coleman is ranked in top 4 nationally as Jamaican junior Licensed USPTA Professional 1 Coach. He is currently coaching sectional & nationally ranked juniors.
We are excited to bring back the Robbie Wagner Tournament Training Camp this summer! We will be offering ten weeks of day (9:00am-4:00pm) tennis camp for tournament level players, ages 9-18.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own tennis instruction needs can be addressed throughout the week.
Tournament Training Program
The tournament training program is geared towards tournament level and ranked players looking to improve their tournament results, learn winning strategies, and work on mental toughness. The Robbie Wagner Training Center is a designated club for USTA 10 & Under, Red, Orange & Green Ball.
- Day Campers: Monday, 8:45am at Robbie Wagner's Tournament Training Center.
- Come dressed to play!
- Check-out: All Campers, Friday at 12:00pm at Robbie Wagner's Tournament Training Center.
- Monday: Check in at 8:45am and depart at 4:00pm.
- Tuesday through Thursday: Check-in at 9:00am and depart at 4:00pm daily.
- Friday: Check-in at 9:00am and check-out is at 12:00pm.
For day campers, meals are avaliable for purchase for $35 a week or $7 a day. Please bring your money for meals with you to camp.
Campers will utilize Robbie Wagner Training Center (13 clay courts indoor), Old Tappans Tennis Complex (7 outdoor), Glenwood landing (4 hard court indoor), and Portledge School (5 outdoor).
Transportation to Camp
The camp provides door to door transportation for local day campers. The local day camp shuttle price is $180 per person per session and available to those living within a 15 mile radius of the club (60 Sea Cliff Avenue, Glen Cove, NY 11542). The payment will be paid directly to the “Robbie Wagner Tournament Training Center” and bring money directly to camp.

John F. Kennedy International Airport
Nike Tennis Camps does not provide transportation to/from camp from airport, train stations or bus depots. If you fly into camp, we recommend that you fly into John F Kennedy (JFK). For ground transportation, we recommend using US Limo Service. If you have a camper arriving by air who is deemed an “unaccompanied minor” by the airlines and must be met by a camp staff or shuttle company employee, there will be a fee that needs to be paid in advance of camp. You will still have to arrange transportation to/from camp. Please call 1-800-645-3226 two weeks prior to camp to provide camper’s flight and shuttle information.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. Our health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
